Vi tilbyder dig fitness træning i en klasse for sig selv. Her skaber vi resultater der kan mærkes, ses og føles. Uddannede instruktører hjælper dig til at nå dine mål.

Få det optimale ud af din træning med holdtræning, fri adgang til 50 meter bassin og sauna, samt individuel træning.

Vi har mange forskellige former for holdtræning både i vand og på land. Prøv vores WaterGym- og WaterCross holdtræning.

Omklædningsfaciliteter

Vi har bådet et herre- og dameomklædningsrum i Fitness afdelingen.

Skabene i alle omklædningsrummene låses og åbnes med chiparmbåndet, som udleveres i receptionen ved køb af entrébillet.
